Refund Policy

At Truli Trailers, LLC, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent rental experience. All refunds are governed by the terms of the Rental Agreement.

 

Refunds must be requested prior to the start of the rental period by contacting Truli Trailers via email or phone. A full refund will be issued only if the rental trailer is unavailable due to an error by the Company, such as double-booking or a mechanical failure not caused by the Renter. Partial refunds may be issued at the Company’s discretion in cases such as cancellations with sufficient notice before the rental start date or changes requested by the Renter that reduce the rental duration or services.

Damage Waivers, booking fees, and deposits are non-refundable once purchased. No refund will be issued for late arrivals, early returns, cancellations due to weather, traffic, or other factors outside the Company’s control, or for damage, loss, or theft of the trailer caused by the Renter.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date the Company confirms eligibility and will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible. Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled according to the Rental Agreement and the laws of the State of Texas. The Company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any unpaid fees, cleaning charges, or damage costs outlined in the Rental Agreement.

By booking a trailer, the Renter acknowledges that they understand this Refund Policy and agree that it is legally binding as part of the Rental Agreement. All refund decisions are final and at the discretion of Truli Trailers, LLC, subject to compliance with the Rental Agreement and applicable Texas law.
